No. Although it is made from hyaluronic acid like a filler, Profhilo is a bioremodeler. Rather than adding volume at a point, it spreads through the tissue to stimulate collagen and elastin and firm the skin across the whole area — giving natural improvement, not added volume or changed facial contours.
Ordinary skin boosters mainly hydrate. Profhilo has a far higher HA concentration (64 mg / 2 ml) and works to both hydrate and actively stimulate collagen and elastin — producing a clearer firming and lifting effect. It also uses far fewer injection points thanks to its excellent spreadability.
Many people notice more hydrated, radiant skin within the first days. The firming and lifting effects build after the full two-session protocol, with results typically lasting 6–9 months. Maintenance twice a year keeps results going.
